HOW TO ORDER YOUR MADE TO MEASURE ROLLER BLINDS FROM CORBIE HOME PRODUCTS

1. Use the options at the top of this listing. Select the sizes above the width and drop that you require your. 
   
2. Click add to basket and repeat the above for all blinds you require.
3. Proceed to checkout to pay for your items.
4. Look at the main colour swatches image within this listing.
   
5. Either during the purchase process or by message afterwards, supply us with your width and drop of you recess measurement, and the desired blind material colour. We'll make your blind to fit.
   
6. Supply us with the recess size you require (We will calculate the size to make your blinds fit your recess perfectly, so we will make your blind to the overall size including the fittings.
   
   Example message to send us: "Please make my blind in ROYAL BLUE,  size:-  xxcm wide, by xxcm drop.
7. It's as simple as that! We'll get cracking and will hand made your Made To Measure Blinds and have them to you in 4 business days, often sooner!

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. As stated above, It's very important that you inform us of your recess size. If you don't state otherwise, we'll assume it's the recess measurements you've supplied.
   
2. As you'd expect Made to Measure products cannot be returned unless an error has been made on our side.
3. We aim to have all made to measure products delivered to you within 3 working days. This may take up to 5 working days in exceptional circumstances.
4. Note, if measurements aren't supplied in a clear, understandable way at the time of purchase, this may delay the manufacture and delivery of your order.
5. If in doubt when ordering you can always send us a message we will get back to you promptly.
   
6. Lastly, if you require sizes or colours different to those listing here, please contact us, it may be possible!

• Returns

  • In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We are always here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. We are committed to resolving all issues to your utmost satisfaction. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received. Faulty goods, goods damaged in transit by our carrier or goods sent in error will be replaced on a like for like basis. Items returned because they are damaged or defective If you receive any items that are damaged, defective or incorrect, please inform us within 2 days of receipt. Items which have been altered / trimmed We cannot accept returns when the goods have been trimmed or altered. It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damages prior to making alterations. PACKING AND SENDING RETURNS We recommend that you send returns using an insured courier service. The arrangement and cost of returning an undesirable item is the responsibility of the buyer. The Post Office will accept most returns however due to the large size of some items, you may require a suitable courier. Always retain proof of postage. In the event that you do not obtain proof of postage and we do not receive the item back, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of the item(s). Upon returning items, please ensure that original packaging is used wherever possible. If the goods are damaged when returned to us it is your responsibility to claim from the company used to send the goods back to us. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs in the unlikely event of a change of mind, or deciding the items are not suitable. A full refund of the original price paid will be made on inspection of the returned items. MADE TO MEASURE PRODUCTS As MTM goods you order are manufactured according to the measurements you provide, it is very important that your requirements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of goods by reason of the measurements, or custom requirements being provided incorrectly or items ordered not to taste (including dislike of colour) once products are received. We are unable to re-sell customised items. Due to differences in computer screens and other internet devices, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the swatch on screen and the actual product material. We therefore recommend the purchase of a sample in advance of ordering made-to-measure products if colour matching is critical. WARRANTY Corbie Home Products' Goods are designed and manufactured to stand the test of time. Each product comes with a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse or alteration to the product by the customer. We may require the return of items for inspection & testing before we agree to send a replacement.

We call on a selection of courier services to ensure we give you the best prices available. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days, e.g. Order on Monday and receive your order by Thursday. If your order has not arrived within 4 working days of receiving your dispatch email and the courier has not left a card, please contact us by the email messaging system. Note, delivery is only made on Working days (Mon to Friday).
